Inspired
This is inspired almost entirely by Blipaholic Deb who produces quality water based images. I saw this leaf out of my front window and grabbed my camera for a few shots. Then I gave it a dose (not like that) of CS5 treatment before whacking on here for your viewing pleasure. That's the shot out of the way, no link to my life, no back story, nothing meaningful at all. Just a leaf with some water on it. Bosh.
I actually know a guy who likes having the name Bish-Bosh-Bishell. I like a short and punchy nickname, not a mouthful that rolls off the tongue like a lasagne made of razor blades. Gaz. I like that. At primary school I used to get called Yozza. Thank god that didn't stick. I also recall being called 'Plastic Seven' for a long while. This was because I owned the only pair of Doc Martens that looked plastic and in a school wide 'self confidence' test I scored 7 out of 100, the lowest in the school. Because I was a smart arse the teachers decided I was taking the piss and scrapped my score. Cheers wankers.
A month after that the number 7 appears on my chin in the form of big white headed spots. The monicker 'plastic seven' only lasted slightly longer than the pimples. It was replaced by 'ginger student', a fact I couldn't deny.
My personal favourite - The Gaz Master never really made it to market unfortunately. Don't get me wrong though I wasn't bullied. I hung around in a group of kids who's nicknames were as follows: Lugs. Wankin Mankin. Smart Dave. Dipshit. Believe it or not we were the cooler kids in the class.
Nowadays more people know me as Poacher than they do Gary. Fair enough there are a lot of Garys about but not many Poachers. Actually I hear the saying 'Gary Boy' is popular in Suffolk and Essex to describe a moronic boy racer with a chav girlfriend.
Anyone know any chavs?
I'm scanning again today. It's so fucking exciting. Literally I've done 50 pages so far this morning. It has been suggested that I scan my face in for todays blip - I've opted not to. However I might whack my love eggs on there just after midnight and give y'all a proper treat for Saturday morning.
Oh yeah Viva la Punk. It's weekend so bring on the dancing girls and cheap booze. Colombian Marching Powder is optional but far from essential.
