Absolutely shocking scenes....this isn't about a cause....or freedom....or justice...this is just out and out thuggery!

Sometimes I despair for this country.

Why do we have police officers with plastic shields instead of water cannon and rubber bullets?

I could do with some new trainers....maybe I should go down to town and smash my way into a shoe shop?
