Shameful!

......... am so shamed to be British that's how I feel today, didn't even think about blipping until I spied that the paper had 2 final issues with different pictures, I've never noticed that before so I grabbed one of each. Hmmm things are calmer in London tonight but now the rioting has spread to other cities, sickening but please be safe wherever you are.

D admitted tonight that yesterday when he left college he was lucky to avoid trouble when travelling through Woolwich - he'd decided to walk home for exercise because he didn't want to go to the gym, while walking by a park he decided to jog the rest of the way so went behind a van (as it was seculuded) to change into his shorts and luckily that meant he avoided a gang of 7 or 8 youths discussing what they were going to do - had he not changed he would have walked straight into their path and god knows what would have happened.
