A healthy wee snack

We had a day off from all the Fringe and Festival-going. Kids just needed some time to chill out after the rather hectic review schedule this week, and before all the reviews we have to do next week.

I took them swimming to our local pool as we all needed a good wash! The boiler in our rented flat has broken down and the part required won't be available until tomorrow. We had thought that maybe we could scoot along to our house and have showers there, but then discovered that because of the renovations of course all the heating pipes have been cut to remove the radiators from the walls so there was no water.

So it was the good old public baths for us today. Ahh, that's better!

This was my chosen 'shivery bite'. The kids chose Rolos.
