No messages

Phoned the insurance people about the leaky roof first thing this morning , they said the assessor would contact me within 4 hours - nothing.

Phoned the assessors they didn't have any record. Phoned the insurance company "it didn't go through" but they'd fax it straight away and phone the assessor to make sure. Insurance chap called back 15mins later it's gone through. Still no word from the assessors, when I phoned them a couple of hours later they still hadn't received anything from the insurers - getting a bit frustrated now!
