.....the bright, elusive butterfly.....

So, this is it...my first blip with the new camera.........and boy!.... are those butterflies elusive.

Spent three days playing with the D3000.........much of the time trying to sneak up on butterflies. Managed it just after 8.00 o'clock this morning....and a good job too! Guess what the weather is doing now?

That's right....persisting down!

Dad keeps picking up the camera and playing with it....but he won't press the shutter.........then he keeps talking about buying one....don't know why...he has iffy hands and can't hold things for long....he can't walk far...... and he rarely drives....so I'm not sure what he could take shots of.

So what do you think of my first effort? Go on be brutally honest!



Only not too honest....I might just cry.
