Jasmine raindrops

Today the weather turned........ for the worst.

We have had a wonderful week weather wise. I had thought Winter was over, but the wind, clouds and cold came back with a vengeance.

I had a wander in the backyard trying to find something to Blip. I ventured down to the jamine, which has started to open over the last week. Finally raindrops, with refractions, something I have wanted to try and photograph.

I noticed the blue sky in these drops and I loved it. I tried all different ways to take the shots, and still it is a mystery to me how people take such sharp images.

Not easy to take the photo, keep it in focus, all while green ants are biting at your toes. For those of you who don't know green ants.......... OUCH!!
