Lurking
A quick dash between showers to the favourite field for a bit of hoop throwing and searching.
I was trying to get shots of the stripes in the grass, but ended up with Nevis lurking in the grass instead. I can't help feeling this could benefit from some fill-in flash - will I have to start carrying a flash on my daily walks too?
BTW - can anyone explain what the farmers are doing when they make the stripes? I had assumed they were mowing for silage, but the grass doesn't appear to be cut, just a bit flattened. But it has been done to most of the grassy meadows around here.
