Intricate.
This was a photograph that I took in a rather beautiful woodland in Hertfordshire. This photograph doesn't really have a story behind it other than I have always been fascinated by intricate macro botanical detail. I walked past the few remaining 'out-of -season' dandelions and just happened to notice them. I played around with my camera and the remaining few dandelions, but for this particular image, I found that plain was better. So, the image of this dandelion is exactly that, plain. In fact, it's very plain and simple, arguably a little too simple. However, it may be plain and simple but it is also detailed. Most of all though, it's intricate. Intricately detailed.
