Little People

I wish I could have done justice to the fabulous, almost 
phosphorescent green of this mushrooms stalk. My husband

Somewhere along the line, mushrooms have become
associated with fairies. I suspect the Victorians were 
involved somewhere, the artists of the period have 
had a huge influence on how we perceive things and 
little cute winged fairies with little cute spotty mushrooms
are just their sort of thing!

Speaking of little people, I took the bus home from work
today and there was a woman speaking of friends of hers 
who were "trying for little people". Eh? Trying for little 
people? I think she meant babies..
