A year on

We've had a great weekend up in Auckland. This morning, we were up early for a walk down at the beach with the dogs.

Great weather and a beautiful beach. Ahhhhh. A wee group of surfers waited for the less than impressive waves; so I snapped them.

Weird to be away from home a year after our first earthquake. So much has changed.

Thank you to DW and UW for looking after us and to JL and Miss T for being such great company.

Our Jetstar flight was on time today too, and we got home early enough.

Cousteau has been suffering from a stomach bug all weekend and poor B has had to clean up after him. I have some making up to do!
