Invicta

Not all oast houses are roundels - this is one of a set of square oasts which are now private residences. The cowl on top has a vane to turn the vent away from the wind so that the smoke from the drying fire would be drawn out. The vane here is decorated with the Kentish horse. This cowl is one of a set here and while this one is fixed in place the one with a better horse was moving around and making a decent shot impossible.
