Bar Time

The Genius Bar is one of the most popular places at the Apple Store. This is where Genii solve customers computer problems. My problem was an aging battery that needed replacement. It was bloating and causing pressure on the underside of the keypad, causing erratic operation. It was a five minute fix and I consider this to be an outstanding customer service feature of Apple.
