Broccoli head

Brought this Broccoli on Monday and amazed the head is still green, usually it goes yellow after a few days. Guess it may be something to do with the cooler weather we are having lately.

Really funny, was listening to Bush's Machinehead track while picking the best Broccoli head photo for today's blip!
