I've got the bends from pressure...

It's that time again, Eve is in year 2 now and has homework and spelling and book reading. So that's both of them now! I'm trying not to feel the pressure.

Am attempting to get super organised this term and if I have a little power nap when The Simpsons is on and the girls are giggling away then I am awake enough to spend the next couple of hours cleaning, washing and doing homework with one of the them.

It has made mornings a bit smoother running and the house a lot tidier! Our big blackboard is helping too.

Tonight the blackboard said "Tuesday, Evie Homework!!!"

She did really well tonight, her spelling is coming on a treat and it is clear she is a bright cookie. She was awarded the pencil and topper in school for helping to tidy up the classroom. I think it motivated her. Despite her protestations of "Homework? BUMMER!" Jeanne has taught her prodigy well.
