There's no need to complicate

The world was amazing today.

It just grabs you sometimes more than others.

It's not summer any more, not by any stretch of the imagination, but it was a gorgeous day. There were white clouds, grey clouds, blue sky, a breeze, and in the sky, birds, hundreds and hundreds of birds.

I snapped these quickly as I was being driven to work; this is only a few of the hundreds that were coasting thru the thermals. Round and round in circles over our heads.

What do birds think? What are they thinking as they soar through the sky?

I know what I'd be thinking...
