Recovering

For a cat that has been through so much Dexter seems to be taking it in his stride.

When we saw him today he was happy to chow down on sardines and then accept lots of cuddles and breathe fishy breath on us. The nurses told us he's doing really well. Though still anaemic his levels have doubled and they have taken the drip out of his front leg - though as you can see he's now determined to get the plaster off.

His back leg is a purple bandage clad thing that sticks out at odd angles, but it doesn't seem to phase him.

It seems increasingly likely that he's going to recover!
