Ishaway's Scratch Board Art ~ All Animals

Finally went today to see Ishaway's art at the local Art Show at Pembroke 4 Art Gallery (bad mom!) The show is just about to come down ~ has two more weeks to run ~ and I finally was able to get down there to see it.

This past summer she got really interested in doing these animal scratch boards. I love the results. The white on the black is so striking. The detail on the animal's fur and the horse's tack is so wonderful. She did a delightful job on these. She has even been getting private commissions for personal animal portraits (which she loves doing).
I love having an artist in-house ~ our wall's are so much more interesting these days ~ hahaha. Hope you enjoy the little bit of art today.
