Honeywort

Had to seek reassurance that Mrs P wasn't venturing into the world of funny salads. Turns out the leaves are there as a by-product and the point of the exercise is to get and dry the seeds in a sunny window. Also called "wax flower" this is Cerinthe major 'Purpurascens'. Other trays are springing up all round the house with other seeds.
