Too grey

No other way to describe the weather today.
Also....
Too damp.
Too much.

Am still comparing current weather with last weeks summer heatwave. On a hiding to nothing there.
What we have now is reality.
Am prepared for the snow should it come to us next month as predicted.

The wellies in the hall.
The woolly scarves.
The woolly gloves.
My woolly, furry lined favourite hat with plaits, which demands at least a minus temperature to be worn well, although I have worn in it lesser temperatures.
The 4-wheel drive vehicle.
