Light on the autumn hills

It's been a lovely day; shopping at the farm shop, preparing a meal, being visited by Dionne (another lovely niece of ours) and Lynn (a dear, longstanding friend).

On the other hand, we seem to know a lot of people who are going through difficult times at the moment and our hearts go out to them.

'Twas a difficult choice of photo today, but in the end I couldn't resist this view of the Pentland Hills from the moor road on the way to the farm shop.
