Worm compost

The worms have been working hard to turn our kitchen waste into compost. I emptied out the bottom layer (of three) today, plus the casts in the sump (which are making the top of the compost look very wet), and it was a rich brown, pleasant smelling batch. Since I stopped adding onions, garlic and citrus fruit to the mix the worms have multiplied phenomenally and I'm getting a bit concerned that we don't produce enough waste for them!
