It's a brand new .....

So the aches of last night grew to sweats and pain, much sobbing on my part and sleepless night punctuated with staggered visits to the toilet as every step was painful.

I sat and looked at my phone at 330 am and wondered if I should phone nHS24? Their webpage said only phone if you couldn't wait until your doctors opened. I decided to wait.

I called my doctors from 830 til 840 before I got thru, my doctor wasn't in, could I phone back at 9.

I phoned him back - 'it's little flu' he said, put your feet up, have a duvet day, he said! 'erm i can't actually get out of bed'. 'great he says, that means that when the real flu comes you will have already built up the antibodies.

Groan... Roll back over and go to sleep.

This is me having managed to drag myself to shower at 730 pm. Completely exhausted again.
