Sandringham

Went to Sandringham House today! Huge grounds. The house didn't allow any photography inside (grr) nor at the church (which had some amazing gold and silver work) so this is the best shot I could get. My parents had always wanted to have their photo taken in front of the church as that's where the yearly Christmas morning broadcast of the royal family service is done, so they finally ticked that off their list!

We got to see part of the house that's usually closed to the public as they were refurbishing part of the usual walk through, so that was interesting. Lots of old portraits of royal family members!
