More Coos!

There was one yesterday, but I've only just back blipped it!

Heading off to town this morning with my neighbour, we were held up by a herd of cows and calves. They were being brought in for the winter, from the muddy, waterlogged and churned up fields. Sadly, they will be spending the next six to seven months inside, which can't be much fun, but at least they will be out of the wintry weather.

After doing the necessary shopping we headed for Stromness and the Sylvia Wishart exhibition at the Pier Arts Centre Absolutely wonderful.

To end the week on a high, Postie and I went dancing this evening! Only a bit of traditional dancing in the local school hall to a pile of CDs, but we enjoyed ourselves! Unfortunately, as the school is on holiday at the moment, there was no heating on. We started dancing in our jackets, but by the time we got to the Strip the Willow, two and a half hours later, we were well and truly warmed up - and stripped off!
