Ryvitas

This is actually a photo of part of my lunch, a seeded ryvita (eaten with low fat soft cheese).

It was quite tasty but I think the 5 chocolate digestives that I've just eaten have completely counteracted any benefit from the ryvitas!! Oh well it is Wednesday, any day that ends in a y is afterall a chocolate digestive day.
