In The Closet

My wife and I were excited to be able to watch our favorite college volleyball team, the University of Washington Huskies, when they came to town to play UCLA and USC. They lost two overtime sets to the number one ranked team in the country last night, so we were expecting a good game when they took on "only" number four USC. It was not to be, however, as the UW hitters continually found themselves coming out on the wrong side of a huge USC block. Even kill leader Bianca Rowland, who hit .525 for the weekend, .368 for the match, was unable to get this shot past Alex Jupiter (left) and Lauren Williams, leading to a three game sweep of the visiting Huskies.
