Katie yesterday got a very fabulous present. And so did Monkey. The Pinks sent Katie and Monkey matching handmade monkey bags. Katie is very delighted. She took hers to nursery today in fact, so thankyou!

She's had an "up and down" day at nursery apparently. Some very happy (quite hyper) times, and some quite a bit less happy times. I suspect she's a little unsettled because of the move - normally Monkey is enough to take to nursery for her. Today she took Monkey, her blanet, her tutu and her Monkey bag. Plus coat and Pooh Bear bag. She slept for two hours and the staff said they were expecting her to wake up happy and full of it, as is often the case if she's had a wobbly morning, but apparently it took about 90 minutes before she came round really. She was very cheerful when I arrived though, which was lovely to see.

Since coming home, she's managed to find the one bag of toys that she can empty over the floor - one I'd forgotten was there actually, as it was in the cupboard of her kitchen. Other than that we were down to "overnight essentials" of basically her t0y pushchair&car seat, 4soft toys/doll, a video, and a colouringbook & crayons! But suddenly she has a whole host of kitchen bits spread over our previously sorted lounge. I've moved 114 boxes, bags and small items of furniture. Tomorrow the van (and my parents) come to do the big furniture. And tomorrow night we sleep in our new house for the first time.
