The zombies are coming!

Hollywood Cemetery in Richmond Virginia with Martha. One of the oldest and most historic cemeteries in America, and last resting place of many Confederate war generals. It is a beautifully historic, spooky and beautiful place to wander through on a crispy fall day.

Later that evening we explored the old Shockoe Bottom area of the city then followed the sounds of zydeco music to the annual Richmond Folk festival down by Belle Isle on the James. Top it off with southern comfort food Richmond style from one of the best mom and pop soul-food joints in town and it made for great first impressions of the city.
