The only one

This is the only photo that I took today so happy viewing...!

Only tomorrow to battle through then my knees can rest.

The skin on my knuckles on both hands are going so sore and dry. I think it's from trying to rub my hands together to keep warm while om the till and just... The way my skin is with my dermatographism it's making it itch and I obviously can't scratch because that'll make them worse and my instinct would normally be to put something cold on them but it's the cold that has caused it!

Any ideas? Planning on getting cotton gloves for overnight moisturising as soon possible.
