A lesson in queueing, from yours truely:

Rule number one: if you're in a shop, please go to the back of that line you see. It's there for a reason whether you like it or not.

Rule number two: if you're queueing for a bus, even at a stop where lots of buses stop, please don't crowd over the whole pavement because people like me, who are just desperate to get home after six days of working, will most definitely barge through without apology because you all come across as having zero common sense. So saying 'oh my God!' after me won't make me apologise. Grow some brain cells instead.
