....Ice, ice, baby.....

This was the sight at the venue for tomorrow's Christmas Fishing match..........ice......first of the winter. It's what the locals call "Cat ice".....ice so thin that only a cat treading very lightly could walk on it. Will it still be there tomorrow, will it be thicker....will we be able to fish? Your guess is as good as mine.

Busy day today...but busy in that kind of mundane way...things that have to be done.

Posted Christmas cards.
Picked up a prescription at the Pharmacy.
Went to see the boys and the venue.
Did some more on line shopping.
Booked an eye test.....3p.m. today!
Went for the eye test.
Ordered some new glasses...the eyes have gone down hill a bit more...ready on Christmas Eve....so I'll be able to see Santa ok...if he turns up.
Emptied the dishwasher.
Loaded the dishwasher.
Put some washing in.
Sorted dinner.
Watched some mindless drivel on TV.
Put the washing in the drier.
Made the Boss some supper when she got home from work.
Set the dishwasher off again.
Got the washing out of the drier.

God, this rock and roll life style is killing me!

Hope tomorrow is a bit more .....a bit more anything really!
