Sidewalk Magnolias

Spotted on the neighbour's sidewalk, I could not resist to get a closer peek.
Today there is virtually no sun around, another cold front is fast approaching! Yesterday I blipped these magnolias in full sunlight which added interesting shadows to the flowers.
No such luck today!

Hooligan is still at the vet, he will only be operated on later this afternoon. Mr S went to visit him this morning - alive and well, wagging his tail, but with a very droopy and sore incapacitated shoulder! Thanks for all the well wishes - it will surely make ALL the difference! Much appreciated.
