Christmas Deco1

We haven't put up all the decorations yet. That awaits the arrival of the tree but with the youngsters still away at their various colleges we daren't put it up yet. They would be right disappointed if we were to go that far without them. Big softies the three of them.
However, we brought a bit of the stuff down from the attic and couldn't resist making a start. Big softies the two of us also!
This is one of those dreaded ice scenes which when plugged in causes all the little skaters to whirl around in skating motion. It also plays various seasonal tunes with an incessant and tinny sound. Downright maddening it is too. Just as well that the sound can be turned off.
My fault entirely. It was I who brought it into the house. Well it looked and sounded so good in the shop! Big softie me!
