Robin

Woke up to snow and went out early before the snow started to turn to slush to take snow scenes. Took some I wasn't really happy with but saw this robin instead.

Waited for some time taking shots (lots spoiled by him moving) hoping to get him against the snow so he would show up better. But the warm indoors and breakfast beckoned so settled for this one. The robin was feeding on a rather past its best holly bush which had sheltered the ground underneath from the snow.

My effort to stop the Bah humbug and get into the Christmas spirit. May put my tree up today.
