Annual PreChristmas cycle

Today was the day of our annual pre-Christmas cycle. We were delighted to find that it was a dryish day, just a few spits of rain. But most of all delighted that the frost and icy roads were gone.

There were 15 of us in total. We left from Paisley and cycled to Linwood and out to the Georgetown Road. From there along to Houston, up past the Church, turning off to join the main road. Certain nameless people (3) turned left instead of right so they reached the pub first (wimps). The rest of us did a circuit past the Monkey House, up hills to the T junction turning left past the Equestrian Centre carrying on until we joined the road again and turned left and carried on until we came back to Houston arriving at the Fox and Hounds for their delicious sandwiches.

Hardest part was leaving the pub and getting back on the bike! Joined the cycle track and back to the start. A good day out.
