Con's Place

Today it rained all day, I got out at lunch time, not for my usual jaunt to the harbour but to lunch with Con and Betty ( so love Rachel being able to cover the shop for me on Fridays). They have done a very tasteful conversion of an old farmhouse. The dresser is quite typical of these farmhouses, sometimes there is a dresser either side of the door, originally this one had doors at the top.
Lovely supper on my way home with Mike and Helen, who are back from celebrating Christmas across the water! Wonderful sociable day, feel very blessed to have such fab. friends.
