Love is ...............

....... not minding the mud.

There has been so much rain of late that the ground is squelchy underfoot. This pig pen is completely mud but these two lovebirds don't seem to mind.

Blipping early as I now have to blitz the house. Tradition in Scotland, for those of a certain age, means that the best part of hogmanay is spent cleaning the house otherwise your house will remain dirty for the rest of the year. I don't take this as seriously as my Gran used to. I remember her taking all the pots and pans out of the cupboards in the evening of the 31st and cleaning them. Everything had to be sparkling.
