New Year's bonfire

I love a good bonfire and new year's eve is a traditional time for one here at the island. Only the fuel for the fire is different this year. It's a lot of wet punky wood from our guest cottage- we found this fall that the flashing on the deck wasn't built properly - so there was wet wood in the wall and beams. Our builder took full responsibility and fixed it!! From 1998! Makes one have faith in mankind!
However my iPhone has just quit tethering to my computer- so I hope this works!
This year is SO much better than last year at this time ( I just looked a a year ago yesterday, as if I could forget)
