City rats

So I went to the city today to look at apartments. The first one (in River West) was supposed to be an open house, but when I got there the place was empty and locked up. I then went to Little Italy to look at the second one. It was a dump. Actually, that's an understatement. I swear that if an inspector came to the apartment, he would find at least 200 violations. I felt dirty after being in that building for only 5 minutes. Bleech!
