Sophie

Our 3-year-old grand-daughter has spent the day with me today, as both her parents are at work.

She arrived this morning in her Minnie Mouse 'onesie,' and brought with her the rabbit she had from Santa Claus at Christmas and the Reindeer. She is sitting with the white tiger we got from America just over 3 years ago when we went to Florida for a holiday. Sophie was only a couple of months old then, and the holiday had been arranged a long time before she was born. We went with Nigel's step-brother and his wife and their daughter, Vivienne.

It looks as though Sophie is staying overnight with us, which is great. She has stayed a few times before. Neither Gavin or Clare know what time they will be back from work, and Clare told Sophie that she could stay the night if she wanted to.
