No weeping involved..

What a great day,

I had a nice lay in bed and then went to the gym via a nice bike ride, busted a good work out and then home. Shower and brush up and then down to the river for a lovely meal with my smashing wife and Bestest Buddies.

Fab food and then a little fresh air beside the river and a few photo's.

Home and a nice chill out and also looked at booking summer trekking trip, very excited about being up in the mountains again.

All in all, what a wonderful life!
