Day 6 - Lunch

Fragrant Thai Carrot Soup (Glorious! Skinny Soup) and salad with cottage cheese and freshly ground black pepper, and a glass of ... tap water
Total calories = 330

Back on a higher calorie allowance today. It's been a chilly, gloomy sort of day and after arriving home after a morning romping around the fields with my dogs and their extended family, soup was definitely going to be on the menu. Ok, so the salad is cold but it's low in calories!

I love these Glorious! Skinny Soups and this is one of my two favourite flavours. I usually buy quite a few of them when they're on offer (which they are at the moment in Morrisons) and stash in the freezer. Sadly freezer's full!
