We call Arlo 'Stompy'. He is the stompiest baby I've ever met in my life - maybe he was a butter churner or a grape crusher in a previous life (definitely the grapes I'm thinking. Us being wine junkies and all).

Stomping is his way of showing how happy he is - he stomps when you sing, stomps when you smile or talk to him. He stomps when he's watching his toys, he stomps when he catches a glimpse of the telly.

Sometimes, he stops stomping just to get you to look at him so he can then immediately show you his stomping skills. He's very good at it!

This is a picture of him in mid stomp. He loves this mobile thingy on his cot so much - he's stomping his approval. I have no idea how this thing is supposed to send him to sleep - he can't take his eyes off the bugs and he just can't stop stomping!

Stomp stomp stomp. No wonder he sleeps so well!
