Birds at Breakfast

Another of those less than inspiring days for blipping with grey skies, light rain and a cold brisk wind. Good day for running though to continue working off the excesses of the festive period!

After being along the beach and back the sun was threatening to break through the clouds so I hung around and blipped some watery rays. This is probably the best of a bad lot and I went for it because of the Gulls having their breakfast at the water's edge.

The rest of the day has been spent building the fence and planning a holiday for March. After the wettest year on record in these parts, we just have to get away to a warmer and drier climate. Also, it was our 35th wedding anniversary last October and I did promise Mrs B we would go away somewhere nice. Better late than never I suppose!
