High Five!

Hubbie & I woke up feeling very tired this morning. Not because we'd had a bad night with Ethan, but because one of hubbies friends decided to make a drunken phonecall to us at 2am cos he fancied a natter! Took us ages to get back to sleep again after that and I wasn't best impressed!

After a lazy morning at home, hubbie & I took Ethan to Edinburgh Zoo this afternoon. We couldn't go to see the pandas as you have to book them at least a day in advance, but Ethan did get to High Five the panda in this picture! He didn't seem so fussed about the penguin parade today but that could be because he had just woken up when we arrived at the zoo and the parade was the first thing we went to see. He enjoyed the rhinos (kept calling them hippos) and monkeys though. And he really enjoyed the Hilltop Safari which we've not done with him before.

We still have another 3 months till our membership expires, so hopefully we'll manage another few visits before then.
