Lovely weather today: very light winds, clear, dry, not too cold. Out for a cycle first thing for just over two hours with a couple of nice big hills thrown in for good measure. As I burned more than 2000 kcal during the cycle, I felt it would be okay to have one of the many bars of marzipan I got for Christmas... only this isn't just marzipan. Marzipan coated in dark chocolate with a praline centre.

It didn't last long.
