coma
After seeing a few really good blips of the northern lights I thought I would take a wander up the hill tonight to see if there was anything happening. Not much, as it turns out. Too much low cloud to the north but overhead there was plenty of clear sky. As I was up the hill, I thought I would take a photo of Abernethy.
So, the great thing about blip is that I'm forced to take a photo everyday now matter what. Hopefully one of the outcomes is that I'll learn how to use my camera better.
What did I learn tonight? That this is a terrible photo? Well, yes. Aperture wide open = loads of coma. Duh. Next time, engage brain first.
