Day 20 - Dinner

Quorn and Mushroom Crumble with brocolli and carrots, followed by Forest Fruits Jelly and a glass of ... the red stuff, yes, wine
Total calories = 475


This is a new recipe, I've replaced Quorn for beef. I have to admit that during the early stages of cooking I wasn't hopeful of it tasting particularly good!

I am delighted to say, that with my addition of a little Worcestershire Sauce and Brown Sauce I really enjoyed this crumble! Despite it's looks, it tasted very, very good. Glad I made it and glad I now have 3 portions sat in the freezer for later use!
