Day 21 - Breakfast

Porridge with a splash of milk and a dusting of sugar
Total calories = 220


Porridge, something people seem to love or hate. I love it! We all have our own preferred ways to make it, I like to soak it overnight in a mix of half water and half milk, with a pinch of salt. Cook it so that it's thick and creamy but definitely no lumps. Served with a little cold milk on top and a teaspoon of sugar - even when on a diet!! Honey just is not the same!

A good, warm, filling breakfast that keeps you feeling fuller longer!
